China Development Bank (CDB)’s Kai Yuan Credit Assets Backed Securities 2008-1 was successfully issued on April 28, 2008. As the legal counsel of CDB, we, through a group consisting of Zhang Xue-bing, Liu Bo-rong, Huo Wei, Long Hai-tao, Tian Zhi-gang, Yang Yan-ni and Cai Zhi-jie, provided comprehensive services for this project, including transaction structuring, documentation and issuing legal opinions.
