SOHO China, a leading property developer, disclosed on May 26, 2008 of its acquisiton of Chaoyangmen Soho (Kaiheng Center), one of the largest commercial tracts in downtown Beijing. The transaction amount totalled RMB 5.5 billion. Zhong Lun, through a group led by Mr.Zhang Xuebing and Mr. Hao Han, provided full-range legal services for this acquisition.
