Beijing Boqi Electric Environmental Solutions Technology (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (“Boqi") lists on the main board of Tokyo Stock Exchange on July 4, 2007 and its shares will be traded from August 8, 2007.
Not only the first Chinese company listed in Tokyo, Boqi is also the first foreign IPO on the main board of the TSE. Daiwa Securities Group Inc. is the underwriter of this Project. Mr. Wu Peng, Zhang Xuebing, Ye Beicheng and Xiemin of the firm’s Japanese Division and Corporate Division successfully worked together to provide full-range legal services for the underwriter.
