Partner Li Haiqing Addresses First China Real Estate HR Development Strategy Forum
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Li Haiqing delivered a speech titled “Employment Legal Matters under Industrial Crisis" at the First China Real Estate Human Resources (HR) Development Strategy Forum in Beijing on June 5, 2009.
Drawing on Zhong Lun’s extensive experience in employment-related services and real estate practice, Li shared his insight on the major legal issues of employment and its management in a crisis at macro- or micro- level facing the real estate companies, and provided the participants a clear legal vision for a sustainable HR development strategy. His topic covered employment management goals, layoff and salary deduction, placement of employees and management of employment contracts in M&A or restructuring transactions.
The forum, organized by the Chinese Construction Education Association and Tsinghua Real Estate CEO Chamber of Commerce, centered on the HR development strategy and management advancement for China’s real estate companies in the transition period.
