Zhong Lun Law Firm and one of the largest Japanese law firms Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu jointly held a seminar on China’s Anti-monopoly Law in Tokyo, Japan, on April 16, 2009.
At the seminar, anti-monopoly law specialists from China and Japan made keynote speeches.
Zhong Lun partner Li Meishan also delivered a speech on legal provisions and practices of concentration of business operators in connection with the anti-monopoly law. Another partner Wu Peng concluded the seminar with a speech.
More than 100 legal specialists from Japanese companies attended the seminar.
