The listing of Jiahua Emporium Holding Company Limited by red chip on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been heard by the listing committee on 19 April 2007, and is anticipated to be listed on the main board of HKSE in May 2007. Zhong Lun was the Chinese attorneys of Jiahua in this project.
Shenzhen Bai Jia Hua Emporium Company Limited is a WFOE approved by the Ministry of Commerce. Up till the end of December 2006, it has set up eight chain emporiums in Shenzhen, Dongguan, etc.
