From November 30 to December 1, 2004, the Seminar of “Evaluation on the Influence of Market Supervision", jointly organized by Mr. Li Li of Zhong Lun and Jacobs & Associates Consulting Firm, the U.S.A, was held in Ministry of Commerce, on which, Mr. Li Li and Specialists from Jacobs & Associates Consulting Firm introduced the evaluation method of influence of market supervision generally used in the developed countries to the officials of Ministry of Commerce.
