Zhong Lun Won the Bidding For Special Legal Service to Environmental Protection International Treaties Performance Center Plaza
In the morning of 23 August 2004, the signing ceremony of “Agreement of Special Legal Service to Environmental Protection International Treaties Performance Center Plaza" was formally held in the multifunctional hall of State Environmental Protection Administration of China (“SEPA"), between External Cooperation Center of SEPA and Zhong Lun Law Offices. Participants of the ceremony including Director Liu Yi and staff from Environmental Protection International Treaties Performance Center (“EPITPC") and Mr. Zhu Maoyuan, Mr. Liu Chi and Mr. Wang Fei, Partners from Zhong Lun. On the ceremony, Director Liu Yi and Mr. Zhu Maoyuan made speeches on half of the respective parties, expressing their good wishes to the bright future of cooperation.
EPITPC Plaza is a green environmental protection plaza built by External Cooperation Center of SEPA with the donations from both Montreal Convention Multilateral Fund and Italian government. After several rounds competitive bidding and appraisal, Zhong Lun finally won the bid and will provide comprehensive legal services to the purchase of EPITPC Plaza. This cooperation will bring very good opportunities for further cooperation in the field of environmental protection project construction and related industries between the parties.
