On February 27, 2009, the asset restructuring of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (XCMG) got approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Under the restructuring, XCMG will inject assets worth RMB5.3 billion to its listed company Xuzhou Construction Machinery Science & Technology Co.
A Zhong Lun team, composed of Zhang Zhong, Fang Lu, Huang Zemin and Chen Yiwen, acted as legal counsel for the restructuring.
