The IPO price was HK$3.7/share, issuance was well received by the market and the total capital raised was about HK$ 1.44 billion. Goldman Sachs (Asia) Ltd was the global issuer, booking manager, leading manager and sponsor. Mr. Zhao Jing and Mr. Song Di, of Shanghai office supported and facilitated the Hong Kong listing proactively in this very demanding project.
