Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Yang Wantao, from Shanghai office, has delivered on May 16th a special presentation, titled PRC Insolvency Case—National and International Practice at the Second International Insolvency Convention which ran from May 15 to 17, 2009, in the Brussels in Belgium.
The convention focused on the bankruptcy cases of multinational corporations and financial institutions, and the international cooperation in cross-border bankruptcy cases.
The convention has attracted participants from the United States, China, Poland, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, Germany, Italy and other countries and regions.
