Zhong Lun Partner Jeremy Dai Addresses 8th HKVCA China PE Summit
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Jeremy Dai, from Shanghai office, delivered a speech, titled Structuring PE Deals in China, at the 8th HKVCA China Private Equity (PE) Summit in Hong Kong on June 1, 2009. The speech communicated valuable information to the participants of the summit and drawn extensive discussions.
The summit, organized by Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA), is held annually to provide updates and insights on the landscape of investments in China with in-depth discussions on business, regulatory and operational issues.
More than 300 participants, including well-known venture capitalists and private equity investors, entrepreneurs, senior bankers, lawyers and securities representatives, attended the event.
