Partner Jack Lai Being Engaged as Deputy Head of Legal Consultant Committee of Shenzhen Overseas Group
We are pleased to announce that Jack Lai, partner of our Shenzhen office, has been engaged as Deputy Head of Legal Consultant Committee of Shenzhen Overseas Group at the its establishing ceremony on April 28, 2009.
Legal Consultant Committee of Shenzhen Overseas Group was constituted by Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Shenzhen Municipality. Members of the committee comprised 28 high professional and outstanding lawyers with rich experience who practice law in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macao, the United States and Spain and were recommended by the local judicial and administrative authority.
The Officers of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Guangdong Province, Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress, Shenzhen Municipal Government, Shenzhen Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Shenzhen Municipal Justice Bureau also attended the ceremony.
