Zhong Lun recently represented SK, a Korean company, in its acquisition of subsidiaries of a Chinese large-scale state-owned enterprise (“SOE"), which involved over 20 subsidiaries, 190 stores and 40 service centers of the SOE.
Zhong lun was retained to conduct due diligence investigation, provide legal advice on transaction scheme, draft contractual documents and participate in commercial negotiations. By now, our team has already completed the legal due diligence investigation and is preparing the contractual documents.
