Zhong Lun senior partner Zhu Maoyuan, an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), visited Taiwan as a member of CCPIT's economic and trade arbitration delegation, November 1-10, 2008.
During a series of symposiums on Comparative Study of Arbitration Law of the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan and on Legal Skills of Arbitrators, the CCPIT delegation communicated with their counterparts from the Arbitration Association of the Republic of China as well as other lawyers and experts in the field of foreign trade, focusing on the commercial arbitration and construction arbitration.
