Chen Limin, one of our partners, was elected as a full-time member of the Issuance Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The IEC is responsible for reviewing application for stock issuance. It consists of five persons from the CSRC and 15 outside full-time professionals and five part-time members.
