Zhong Lun recently advised the underwriting syndicate for the Ministry of Railways of the People's Republic of China (MOR)'s issuance of RMB20 billion railway construction bond (Tranche I of 2008), which was issued and listed on the National Inter-bank Bond Market on September 23, 2008.
Underwriters for MOR's bond issuance included CITIC Securities, BOC International, China International Capital Corporation, China Jianyin Investment Securities, Guotai Junan Securities and Essence Securities.
