The Firm’s Shenzhen Office won the bidding for providing legal services to the Foundation, owing to the Firm’s rich experience in handling bankruptcy matters of securities firms. On January 7, 2008, a formal engagement agreement was executed, under which the Zhong Lun’s team, composed of Wu Peng, Xu ling and Xu Sheng-feng, will provide comprehensive services to the Foundation in liquidation and bankruptcy matters of 11 securities firms, including Deheng Securities and Hensen Securities.
