Zhong Lun Hosts Welcoming Banquet for ABA Delegation
Zhong Lun hosted a banquet to welcome the visiting delegation of American Bar Association (ABA) at the Beijing Capital Club on July 11, 2008. Our partners Xuebing Zhang, Lihua Wang, Lefan Gong, Julia Kong, Guanchun Dai and Yulin Liu attended the dinner.
Xuebing Zhang delivered a keynote speech at the welcoming banquet expressing sincere wishes for Sino-US cooperation and communication in the legal field. Our partners then discussed and communicated with the guests on a number of issues, particularly the economic development and promotion of rule of law in both China and the United States.
Founded August 21, 1878, ABA is a voluntary association of lawyers and law students, and is able to regulate the lawyers' market access by stipulating professional rules and ethical standards. The 16-member ABA delegation scheduled a 3-day visit to Beijing.
