Zhong Lun Holds the Second Partner Meeting 2008
Zhong Lun held the second Partner Meeting 2008 from August 29 to 31 in Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan Province. Around 70 partners from our offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Tokyo attended the meeting.
Zhang Xuebing, our managing partner and director of the executive committee, delivered a keynote speech giving a broad overview of our activities and achievements in the first half of this year. Other notable events at the meeting included:
·Partner Promotion - Xu Yunhe from the Beijing office was promoted to Senior Partner. Fan Xiaojuan from the Shanghai office was promoted to Junior Partner. Li Pan and Ma Huijun from the Beijing office were promoted to compensation partners.
·Budget Adjustment - The proposed adjustment plan to this year’s annual budget was reviewed and approved.
·New Office - The plan to establish an office in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei province, was adopted in principle.
·Strengthening IP Department - The plan to enlarge and strengthen the Intellectual Property Department was adopted in principle.
