Retained by Fine Partners Corporation (Korean), the Firm advised on the purchase of non-performing assets of the Nanchang Branch Office of China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation. The transaction involved more than 360 creditors and the total amount of underlying assets was around RMB 1 billion.
