On 31 May 2007, Zhong Lun Law Firm and Jinsong Neighborhood Office entered into a Legal Services Agreement for Residential Community. Mr. Zhang Xuebing welcomed Yin Changan, the director of judicial office of Jinsong Neighborhood Office, and said that Zhong Lun would strongly support this activity and assign two attorneys to provide legal services to ten residential communities in Jinsong area regularly every month.
