China-US Symposium on Building the Financial System of the 21st Century, co-hosted by China Development and Research Fund and International Financial System Center of Harvard Business School, was held at Armonk, New York on the 17th of June, 2005. Two partners of Zhong Lun Law Firm, Liu Fengliang and Liu Chi, were invited and presented featured speeches.
After the symposium, Liu Fengliang and Liu Chi were also invited to Pennsylvania University and Temple University and presented a featured speech on “Amendments to Chinese Corporate Law and Improvement of Legal Person Management Structure."
