ZHANG XUEBING WAS INVITED TO THE 1ST CHINA REAL ES
On 18 April, Mr. Zhang Xuebing was invited to the 1st “China Real Estate Financing Development Summit Forum" at the Great Hall of the People, and gave a lecture on “New Channels of Financing for Real Estate Projects and Relevant Legal Issues".
The participants include academicians from the two academies, officials of Ministry of Construction, China Banking Regulatory Commission and the People’s Bank of China, Professors of Peking and Tsinghua Universities, and some famous real estate enterprises, trust and investment companies, securities companies and investment consulting firms.
With an objective of “explanation of new real estate policies, development of new financing channels and welcoming the new cooperative opportunities", based upon the equal importance of the policies and practices, the participants engaged in discussions on many hot and difficult issues which appeared on the real estate financing market, and offered financing advertisements for the specific projects of the real estate companies and expert consultation by the banks and trust companies. In addition, the Forum provided explanations and analyses to the orientation of real estate financing policies, lessons on the project financing operation process, and communications and cooperation between the banks and the enterprises in their projects.
