Mr. Li Li, a partner of Zhong Lun, gave a keynote speech on Venture Capital Investment in China representing Chinese legal professionals in the SINO-USA Entrepreneurs Forum, an official event co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of PRC and the Department of Commerce of the USA for comparative analysis of venture capital investment in both China and the USA. The Forum had two sessions in Shanghai on June 21 and in Xi’an on June 26 separately.
